Job Description

  • Lead and manage the organization in the Philippines, focusing on sales, operations, and technical support with a team of 100 employees.
  • Achieve objectives set with the General Manager, manage P&L, and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
  • Implement division strategies, including product ratio, contract development, and new product introductions.
  • Focus on increasing service contracts and market penetration while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous performance improvements.
  • Develop a culture of open communication, fairness, and customer-centricity across all operations.
  • Drive personnel development, with a focus on training and talent management.
  • Control costs and ensure profitability, while promoting technical competence and maintaining high service quality to increase customer retention.

The Successful Applicant

  • Highly results-driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales and operations of industrial equipment and service solutions, both through direct and distributor channels, complemented by strong leadership experience.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities paired with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in customer and key account management, with a strong network and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Prior success in managing aftermarket organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of service processes that ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Well-versed in the service business, its challenges, goals, and emerging trends.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, think critically, and apply innovative approaches to complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective conflict resolution, negotiations, and impactful business presentations.
  • Proactive and dynamic performer with strong entrepreneurial drive and leadership capabilities, always eager to embrace new challenges and ideas.
  • Ambitious with exceptional commercial, diplomatic, and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in people management, fostering trustworthy and fair relationships.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to customer locations across the region.
