Job Description



  • Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the country's growth strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.


  • People Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team. Inspire a winning culture anchored in performance, innovation, and agility.


  • Distributor Management: Drive strong commercial partnerships with local distributors. Ensure alignment on brand priorities, channel strategies, and performance metrics.


  • Omnichannel Development (O+O): Lead the brand's online and offline retail strategy, ensuring seamless consumer experiences across ecommerce platforms, DTC, and brick-and-mortar.


  • Route to Market: Design and optimize the most effective go-to-market model. Identify opportunities to expand reach, enhance availability, and improve profitability.


  • Hands-On Execution: Actively participate in the execution of commercial plans-from trade activation to digital campaigns-demonstrating a "no task too small" mindset.


  • Entrepreneurial Ownership: Take full P&L ownership. Act like an owner and challenge the status quo to accelerate growth and market share.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of sales experience in a FMCG company


  • Strong experience in distributor management and trade development


  • Demonstrated success in managing ecommerce channels (DTC and marketplaces) and omnichannel retail (O+O)


  • Solid understanding of route-to-market models, including traditional trade, modern trade, and digital channels


  • Passionate people leader with experience in coaching, mentoring, and growing talent
