The Sales Manager Philippines is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and expanding market presence in the Philippines through distributor engagement, business development, and technical sales support. As the first hire in the country, the role will lead all local sales activities, manage key customer relationships, and coordinate closely with regional and global teams to deliver project success and meet growth targets.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new target markets, and implement go-to-market strategies to drive business growth in the Philippines.
  • Build and manage relationships with new and existing distributors, representatives, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Deliver product knowledge sessions and technical presentations to distributors and direct customers.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and sales guidance to partners and end users.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on quotations, design specifications, material sourcing, and production planning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years work experience in a Technical Sales or Business Development
  • Experience with distributor management in the construction industry
  • Experience in project/specification-based sales
  • Bachelor/Master in engineering
  • Able to read and understand CAD drawings (for construction)
