Job Description

  • Develop and provide technical specifications for the company's products across various project types.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical briefings for clients, architects, and project teams.
  • Support the project sales team with in-depth product knowledge and technical guidance.
  • Assist in establishing the company's products in project requirements and design plans.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and other key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate closely with the National Sales Manager for Projects to align specification strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Specifications Specialist should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in specifications, product technical support, or project-based roles.
  • Background in a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in writing and interpreting product specifications.
