To drive that goal, you will work on various aspects of the job, including:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offerIdentify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environmentContinually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen marketConsult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunitiesBuild a comprehensive candidate database in your disciplineManage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offerNetwork to build business informationActively participate in larger organizational initiatives around DEI, CSR, People Pillar, etc.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for both experience and fresh graduates.
