Job Description

As a recruitment consultant, your primary goal is to grow revenue in your discipline by partnering with clients to hire talents. To drive that goal, you will work on various aspects of the job, including:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
  • Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
  • Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
  • Network to build business information
  • Actively participate in larger organizational initiatives around DEI, CSR, People Pillar, etc.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for both experience and fresh graduates. We welcome those coming from outside the industry, with interest in a recruitment / consulting role. Other attributes we are looking for are:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in customer facing roles a plus
