The IT Audit Manager is responsible for leading and executing audits across IT systems, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and integrated business functions. The position oversees the full audit lifecycle-from planning to reporting- providing insights that enhance risk management, governance, and operational performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive, risk-based IT audit plans.


  • Lead audits covering infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, IT projects, and third-party service providers.


  • Assess control effectiveness, identify risks and process gaps, and recommend improvements.


  • Prepare and present clear, actionable audit reports to stakeholders.


  • Foster collaboration across departments to support audit execution and continuous improvement.


  • Participate in special reviews, investigations, and ad hoc projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Competencies:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 7 years of IT-related experience, with at least 5 years in IT Audit and 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.


  • Preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, or CISSP.


  • Knowledge of platforms such as SAP, Windows Server, SQL, and Unix/Linux.


  • Proficiency in audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, COSO) and tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, CAATs).


  • Experience with Big 4 firms and/or gaming technology platforms is an advantage.
