Job Description



  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining DLP solutions to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and information leaks.


  • Developing and managing UAM systems to monitor and detect abnormal user behavior, insider threats, and suspicious activities.


  • Supporting and enhancing IAM strategies, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance across systems and applications.


  • Implementing and administering PAM solutions to safeguard privileged accounts and mitigate security risks associated with elevated access.


  • Collaborating with security and IT teams to integrate security controls within the bank's infrastructure and applications.


  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).


  • Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation related to DLP, UAM, IAM, and PAM.


  • Investigating security incidents, supporting forensic analysis, and providing remediation recommendations.


  • Working with internal stakeholders to educate and train employees on data protection, privileged access management, and secure user activity monitoring.


  • Evaluating new security technologies and recommending enhancements to improve the bank's cybersecurity framework.

The Successful Applicant



  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on DLP, UAM, IAM, and PAM solutions.


  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, Varonis, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft IAM, etc.


  • Strong knowledge of access controls, authentication protocols, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks.


  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.


  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, GIAC, or vendor-specific security certifications are highly preferred.


  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
